June's "Bake the Book" class concentrates on something for which we have become pretty well-known, our Whoopie Pies. While we tend to be purists with what we make for the shops, doing pumpkin spice or chocolate filled with sweet cream frosting, we do like to branch out on occasion. In this class, Chef Dave will be teaching you how to make a fun variation that's in the book: Banana Whoopie Pies with Dulce de Leche Filling.
This caramel-banana combo was inspired by a bride and groom who requested these flavors for their wedding cake and it is a yummy change of pace!
